My boyfriends ex says that her daughter might be his or his fathers. Yea she slept with both. So if my boyfriend and his father take paternity tests will it show which one is really the father even tho they have the same DNA?
So whoevers DNA is higher percent is the father. So if my boyfriends DNA shows up like 99.3 % and his fathers shows up as 99.9% then his father is that babies dad?

My husband has a 5 year old "son" who hasn't really been part of his life. There's been some question as to whether he was really his. do you know what they do , do they give u a paper where it says that he is the dad for both parents. or the just call you i going to get a legal test at a private lab or both receive a proof , of the results. what i don't want is him to make me any problems like trying to get some rights at my baby, because the only thing i want is to know if he is the dad

My father is in prison here in Texas and a few years ago he told me he had another child before me (a daughter) and she doesn't know about him. Well i contacted her mother and she is not sure that my dad is the father. I think my dad will be willing to cooperate. So how would I get a paternity test done? Oh and remember this is all in Texas.
