Alleged father is already aware and willing to do genetic testing once my baby girl is born next month. I'm curious how long before the state/court will help me get this taken care of as we are trying to establish compete paternity right away. any help is appreciated! thank you!

Mother of child will not allow me to be in contact, because the relationship did not work out. I would like custody and first need to establish paternity. How do I go about this if she will not co operate?

I'm not sure on the laws in Nevada but I'm trying to find out what the process is for establishing paternity if the mother of the child is not cooperating at all. She won't even let the "father" see the child, but through the whole pregancy told him he was the father. Where can I find this information or the steps to follow to establish paternity.

My soon to be ex husband is having a paternity test done with "the other girl" that is pregnant. I'm about to have my first court hearing with our divorce and curious to know how long it takes to find out if he's the father? I am also pregnant with his child, and plan to have a paternity test done too. Only b/c my attorney advised this to me. There is no doubt he is the father of MY baby, but I don't know this other girl from blow joe.

My son ex girlfriend said my son was the father of her baby. He was involved during the pregency and birth. He also signed the birth certificate. A week later she told him he was not the father.
