If you have the same blood type, for example if both blood types are O, can that determine paternity without a DNA test?

my father is deceased and im in a very heated court battle.

I always thought that only the DNA of the child and the (potential) father was required, but I recently heard that the DNA of the mother might also be required.

No. I asked about the 'fees' for the paternity test not the test itself. I want the test but am curious if since I filed for a deferment of payment they would also defer the fee for the paternity test or if is not even in the courts jurisdiction.

DNA sibling test to see if my sister and I have the same father. I haven't seen any information about them outside their web site. Has anyone else used them?

I'm just wondering if there was any record of this happening before. Trying to figure out if this has ever happened before.
