My husband had a DNA Test done and it came out that the child was not his. The ex swore just like the women on Maury that their was no one else. Know she thinks those test are not accurate. The DNA looks more accurate to me becuase it breaks down the numbers and 2 different swabs are tested twice.
Or do you just assume your wife has been faithful? Or are you secretly afraid of discovering she might not have been faithful?
Just curious. Not trying to troll.
Here's the real questions:
Does a paternity DNA test have to be or must be established before any attempt can be made to collect child support?
**Recieved a letter stating he owes child support but he hasn't been established as the father nor is he on the birth certificate.**
My friends son was given the last name of his Mothers then husband but there was a paternity test done and he even lives with his Dad now. (My friend) Is there a time limit? The child is now 14.
The father of my baby and I are not married to each other and so we need to have a paternity test done. How long after the birth do we wait to get one done?
My ex boyfriend and I had sex, obviously, and I got pregnant. We went through a violent break up and I took a pregnancy test a week after I missed my period. I'm pregnant. When I tried to tell him he denied it and said I could "have fun proving it was his."
I was just wondering whats the earliest I could get a paternity test. It will have to be court mandated because the guy is a douche bag but whatever.
Thanks.
I am a caring and loving father of one son (6 years) my ex-gfriend is pregnant with a girl and is almost due. she is now (back) with her kids father , who is the other possible father. how do i go about getting a paternity test. i am very sure its mine.
can anyone answer this please?
I received the results back today for a paternity test. I know how to read the chart and understand it, but I was wondering if anyone knows what the sysytem abbrevations stand for?
D3S1358, vWA, D2S1338, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D19S433, TH01, FGA, D16S539, TPOX, CSF1PO, D5S818, D13S317, D7S820, PentaE, PentaD, F13A, F13B, LPL.
I always thought that only the DNA of the child and the (potential) father was required, but I recently heard that the DNA of the mother might also be required.
Does anyone who has actually experienced a paternity test know if this is true?
